Where can I view my Certificate?

The link for your certificate will be emailed to you personally via the email associated with your account. Once you’re logged into the Training Desk portal, simply navigate to the “certificate” tab at the top of the screen to find your certificate.

Remember, all your certificates are conveniently stored within your Training Desk portal. To access your account and all certificates, just visit www.trainingdesk.com.au.

Steps for Viewing and Downloading Certificates

1. Log into Training Desk;
2. Select the CERTIFICATES option in the header of the screen;
3. To download the certificate click the download link.
