Preparing for your training

To ensure your practical training experience goes smoothly, we kindly request the following:

1. Complete Online Theory: Make sure to finish your online theory before your practical session. Without completion, access to the session will not be possible! Your online theory is located via our online portal. For more information on how to access your account, Click Here.
2. Bring Personal Identification: Please have a valid form of photo ID, such as a driver’s licence or passport, for identity verification before the course begins.
3. Arrive Early: Aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before your course begins to acquaint yourself with our training centre. Late arrivals may not be accommodated as the training has already started, and rescheduling fees could apply.
4. Dress Appropriately: Wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for the practical assessments.
5. Find Us Easily: Take a moment to familiarise yourself with our location by searching “RTS Training Group” on Google Maps. Traffic conditions vary, so we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to arrive at our Training Centre.
