I can’t access my online learning!

Please take a moment to double-check the email associated with your booking, ensuring it is the correct email address and is spelt correctly. If you’ve previously attended a training course with us using a different email account, it’s essential to merge those accounts to access your pre-course learning materials. 

To merge your accounts or update your enrolment email, simply reach out to us at admin@rtstraining.com.au, providing your preferred email address.
