How to view my Employee’s Certificates

You can view your employee’s certificates by visiting your client profile on www.trainingdesk.com.au

Once you have logged in: 

  1. Find the “employee” tab at the top of the screen,
  2. After clicking on that tab, a list of all your employees will populate,
  3. Click the magnifying glass on the far right of the employee’s name,
  4. To locate the certificate, click the “certificate” tab.

From there you are able to download the certificate as a PDF.
