How to access the Online Portal – Training Desk

If you’re using the online portal for the first time, you’ll need to set up a new account. To access the portal, simply click on the “confirm enrolment” button in the “enrolment into upcoming training” email you received, or visit www.trainingdesk.com.au.

Once you’ve reached the login page, look for the “access your account” button, as shown in the picture below, and give it a click. This will guide you through the process of creating your account.

Your account is directly connected to the email address used during the booking process. If you encounter any difficulties logging in and didn’t personally book the course, touch base with your booking contact to confirm the email they provided.

Following this, you’ll be prompted to fill in your personal details, including your full name, date of birth, and USI number (Click here for more information regarding your USI number).

Once your details are all set, you’ll gain access to the necessary online learning materials. To kickstart your learning journey, simply navigate to your student dashboard and click on the course you’re enrolled in.
