Advanced First Aid Training

Mac and Jess were incredible trainers throughout the advanced first aid course I attended. Both were fantastic trainers who made all students feel at ease and included throughout the entire course.

I'm very happy with RTS. They have friendly staff here. It was a comfortable environment, and I felt like the course was well organised. Tom the trainer was very considerate as I had a foot injury and he made it easier for me to complete tasks by finding alternative options instead of having to kneel. Thank you Tom.

Rude staff and poor service very frustrating speaking to them.I have booked an appointment and i was at the location on time. But the unit Block is hard to find. I was trying to call the team no one responds and when i finally got the unit and went inside they denied my access as i was 7 min late. They just keep on saying you got appointment details in email.It was first time for me coming to this address there are many blocks at the location and have narrow street with one ways. I tried to call the customer service number provided online but no one responds.Staff says they don’t deal with the calls only admin team deal with it. Then where the hell are they?They simply cancelld my appointment and ask me to rebook again.This is the worst experience i have ever had.

I Recently completed a Working at Heights course with RTS. It was an excellent experience. The course was comprehensive, covering all essential safety protocols and techniques in a clear and engaging manner. John, the trainer, was knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions.The course offered a great balance between online pre-learning and hands-on, practical sessions in the classroom. The online modules were well-structured, allowing me to learn the theory at my own pace before applying it in the practical sessions.The practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises were particularly useful, allowing me to build confidence in applying what I learned in real-life scenarios. The emphasis on safety and the use of proper equipment was reinforced throughout, ensuring that I now feel prepared to work safely and efficiently at heights.RTS has done a fantastic job making the course both informative and practical.

The trainers know how to make the class more fun for a whole day training (Remote First Aid). Jess and Meg were super helpful with our questions and explain all the materials clearly. Highly recommended

We had John for our first attack fire training, he was brilliant! Got everyone involved, was very clear on what he needed from us and his communication skills gave clarity to the whole experience collectively. Would 100% recommend you guys in the future

RTS is my first choice for 1st Aid training. Always plenty of courses available at a reasonable price. Jess was a great facilitator and delivered the training at a good pace.

Highly recommend RTS for CPR and First Aid training. The process of booking in, completing the prep work then going in for assessment was made so easy to do and follow. Our trainer Adam was funny and knowledgeable making the practical part efficient and enjoyable. Will be sending my staff here in future. Thanks guys!

Claire was our trainer for our first aid course today. Absolutely fantastic, funny and engaging instructor with a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend RTS and especially Claire.

Had a first aid course for the first time, and I was pretty nervous at first but the trainer Jessica was great. She was explaining things really well, was patient, friendly and understanding. I really liked her style of communication.

My third time here for CPR refresher. It is a well organised course and time efficient. The trainers have been amazing, helpful and informative. Tess was supportive to the group, showed a lot of kindness and we had some fun which helps to learn. She has outstanding communication skills.

I had a first training yesterday. I really enjoyed it. I forget the trainer name but she was very helpful and supportive. She explained each and every thing very politely. I recommend RTS to my family members and all friends.

RTS is the most convenient and helpful way to do first aid and CPR. Having access to the online training means I can fit it in around a busy schedule. Just completed my face to face learning with Clare, she was knowledgeable, reassuring and entertaining.

I really love doing my CPR and First Aid training here. The trainers are so professional, knowledgeable and funny 😁 It makes learning super enjoyable with the shorter training duration. Did my CPR and LVR refresher with Adam. He was great, no nonsense, made sure everyone was involved and understood everything. Can be a bit hard to find as they're tucked away in a corner but the team there was fantastic.
